Received Bachelor of Science in General Studies from Southeast Missouri State University and Masters in Health Administration from Saint Louis University.  Worked for SSM Health in the Physician’s Organization, in St. Louis, Missouri for 29 years as a Director and Associate Executive Director acquiring and managing primary care and specialty practices. Worked briefly in consulting with Clifton Larson Allen, LLP and served as a Director of Development with HCA Healthcare in the Continental Division in Denver, Colorado as the Director of Development.  Most recently, served as the Center Director for Dedicated Senior Medical Center in Value Based Medicine.  Experienced with all aspects of physician practice management and acquisitions as well as full-risk Medicare Part C operations.  Living in Cape Girardeau, enjoying out of doors activities, fishing and insect collecting.
