Todd is a Chief Financial Officer and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 35 years of health care experience. He has been an integral part of Midwest Health Care’s growth since its establishment over 25 years ago and oversees the daily operations of the company. Todd’s in-depth experience and technical knowledge of medical billing and rural health clinics make him an invaluable, trusted asset and consultant to Midwest Health Care’s clients. In addition to preparing both Medicare and Medicaid cost reports for clinics in numerous states, Todd also assists clients in determining the financial feasibility of rural health clinic certification.

Todd received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from The University of Michigan and has previously worked in a large hospital system overseeing physician practices.
